LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Matt Kemp will undergo cleanup surgery on his left shoulder, a procedure that was planned before the Los Angeles Dodgers slugger was shut down for the post-season because of a sprained left ankle. The team said the centre fielder was scheduled to have the surgery on a joint in his shoulder on Tuesday at the Kerlan-Jobe Clinic in Los Angeles. Kemp will begin rehabilitation a few days later and is expected to be ready for spring training.
