That makes him a potential start over Kelce, who has a zero score in this category, but given their respective rankings on their teams passing target priority list, the suggestion would be to start Kelce over Tye unless you need to play for upside potential. More specifically, Cleveland has yielded the second-most rushing yards to backs and a generous 4.62 yards per carry.
